Who is Faith?
I often wonder about that myself. I am a girl that is rediscovering life again after a trialsome of years. I used to be a triathlete and hope to enter into that field again but meanwhile love just about anything active. I love to cook and may explore culinary school, but I take each day as it comes for now. I have struggled with food issues but now seek to feed my body and nourish it. I like to eat healthy, feed my soul, mind, and appreciate food for it’s beauty and wonderful things it can do for me and all that it enables my body to do again such as run, bike, and swim! I like to try to live green, I’ve been a bike commuter for six years now, live on a budget and am always looking for that “hot coupon deal!” One day at a time though…
Why “Faith in Food?” Having struggled with food in the past and even still on some days, I trust in God, and I trust that it will continue to heal my body and give me the energy I need to do the things I need to do and enjoy each moment of every day. If I deny myself of these things, then I’m missing out on all the great things that each day has to offer, both good and bad. I have to listen to myself and my body’s messages, not what society tells me (not that I ever really listened anyway, I was born a social deviant according to my sociology professor in college).
Trust in yourself, love yourself for who you are and appreciate at least one little thing you’ve accomplished each day. Nourish yourself in mind, body, and spirit. Live, laugh, learn, and grow!

I work at a Caribou Coffee in Ohio. I saw your blog post from Operation Beautiful, which i saw from Givesmehope.com, which I got from a blog, which I found from a stranger on Omegle.com. It’s funny how vast the internet is yet you still find those things so familiar….Like the ‘bou!
Anyways, hoping to get a new pen/email pal!

Hi Faith,
You sound very nice. I noticed you are not up to date in blogging much. Are you available by email? Would I be able to email you?
