Breakfast and morning snack are always the easiest for me but from there the day always gets tricky for some reason, and I’m not quite sure why. I don’t know if it’s because I like sweeter foods, or the days wears on or what but it just happens. Lunches and dinners are just harder for me to plan but today…

2 egg whites, 1 egg+dollop greek yogurt, celery, mustard, seasonings for some egg salad

1/2 whole wheat pita

nummy fruit!

roasted green peppers, tomato, slice celery and a few carrots (not pictured) because the rabbit in me ate them before I remembered to get the camera :p

i was still a little hungry afterwards so i added a lite n’fit carb control vanilla yogurt

what’s with them changing the lite n’fits to 80cals? do they taste any better?
