One meal at a time…

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I am a very routined gal and I tend to get myself in ruts, especially with my breakfasts so you will most likely be seeing the same thing just about every morning for at least a few weeks, possibly months in a row with slight variation 🙂

My current kick is:

Steel Cut oats soaked overnight, and then in the morning I nuke it and add 1T flax for some brain power and 1/4c soy milk, cinnamon, splenda, and a titch of sea salt, num num!!

Mixture of blueberries, strawberries and blackberries for  my vitamin B!!!

127g cottage cheese, don’t ask me why its that amount, just is :p

and of course, COFFEE!!!!!
